Začínám této firmě silně nedůvěřovat! - „Mám pocit, že v Koncept FAST s.r.o. je něco špatně.“ V příloze přikládám měsíční odpočet vody na naši bytovou jednotku. Firma udává, že měsíční spotřeba studené vody (za červenec 2024) byla okolo 80 m3 vody, což činí tj. (80 000 litrů). Navíc…

Přišlo mi vyúčtování a jelikož jsem v bytě sama tak již cca 8 let mam stále přeplatek cca 10 tisíc a dnes nedoplatek 6000,- . V bytě jsem sama a přes týden pracuji v Praze a od května do září cca 6 týdnu mimo byt . Budu to řešit . Výpočty jsou zmanipulované.

Opakovaně vadné odečty! Nesrovnalosti v přináležejících číslech vodoměrů bytových jednotek. Po zdlouhavém vyjednávání navráceny neoprávněně fakturované částky. Komunikace komplikovaná a obtížná. Silně nedoporučuji tuto firmu pro spolupráci!
