The service is intended for all people who find themselves in adverse life situations. The assistance is mediated through social workers, social service workers, SD centres or workers of authorities and other organisations and institutions.
The mission of the shelter is to provide temporary accommodation for adult men without shelter, facilities for food preparation and support, or help to solve their unfavourable life situation. The level of support and assistance is based on the individual needs of the clients.
Providing one-to-one support and overnight accommodation for homeless people. Providing space for food preparation and for performing hygiene. We assist in re-establishing or consolidating contact with family and in other activities promoting the social inclusion of the client. We offer social counselling.
We are engaged in organizing services and spiritual meetings. You can attend Mass, Adoration, Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession), Rosary we arrange visits to the sick and Stations of the Cross. We organise Bible Club, Scholicku, Youth Fellowship and Living Rosary.
We care for families with children in long-term adverse social situations. The service is provided in an outreach form. We provide social therapeutic activities and assistance in exercising rights. We carry out educational, training and activation activities.
We provide aid to victims of natural disasters, support missionaries and traveling ministers, and help build places of worship in developing countries. We hold worship services, retreats, Bible studies, public lectures and ministry gatherings.
Train in our workshops and increase your chances of getting a job. We are the social therapy workshops EFFATHA Frýdek-Místek. Through everyday and work activities you will increase your skills that you will use in your life. We support adults with intellectual disabilities.
