Otřesné chování některých členů personálu. Dlouhou dobu jsem bral na lehkou váhu stížnosti maminky na personál centra. Dokud jsem se nepřesvědčil na vlastní kůži. Hledám možnost, jak maminku přestěhovat do jiného zařízení. V tomto centru je péče o klienty na posledním místě.
