Přístup pana Nerudy byl velice nerudný a moc nepřipomíná jednání majitele firmy ke klientovi. Po vytisknutí faktury už najednou neplatí předchozí domluva a vlastně mi vynadal, že nic takového neříkal. Největší chyba byla, že jsem se na začátku nezeptal alespoň na předběžnou cenu -…
