Paní prodavačka u kasy byla milá, znalá, ochotná.

Prodávají kšunty, které nevydrží ani půl roku nošení. Reklamace už se neodesílají na posouzení, posuzuje je sama prodavačka, podle toho, jakou má náladu. Vždy se to svede na poškození obuvi zákazníkem, takže smůla. Druhá možnost - soudní vyrovnání. Už si od nich nikdy nic nekoupíme.
