Bohužel mám velmi podobnou a smutnou zkušenost termíny jsou velký problém. Nyní od prosince 2021 řešíme opravu žaluzií. Neúspěšně na telefony nikdo nebere, na emaily nereaguje, stejně tak sms bez odezvy. Na uvedené adrese nezastižen. Takže nemám ani původní žaluzie, které si p. Dvořák odvezl ani

Po telefonu se jeví p. Dvořák mladší ochotně ale problém nastal jak přišel si změřit rozměry žaluzií a potom nereaguje na telefonáty a SMS...řešení cca 9 měsíců.. Nedoporučuji tuhle firmu

Firmu Žaluzie Dvořák a syn jsme si s manželem vybrali proto, že po telefonu se pan Dvořák mladší (zřejmě ten syn) jevil velice sympaticky a ochotně. Přijel, zaměřil, vysvětlil, nabídl určitá řešení a odjel s tím, že do týdne nám zašle cenovou nabídku na ony venkovní žaluzie na pergolu…
