Objednal jsem si stromek a bohužel musím říct, že moje zkušenost není dobrá. Po 15 dnech od objednávky nic nedorazilo, tak jsem volal – pán se omluvil s tím, že mají hodně práce a že stromek dorazí příští týden. To jsem ještě chápal. Bohužel ani po dalších 14 dnech se nic nestalo a…

Dobrý den, děkujeme za Vaši zpětnou vazbu. V uvedeném období došlo ke zpoždění expedice z důvodu vysokého objemu objednávek v hlavní sezóně. Zásilky odesíláme postupně podle pořadí a u živých rostlin dbáme na kontrolu stavu a pečlivé zabalení, aby dorazily v co nejlepší kondici.…
