V dnešní době s možností využití různých dezinfekčních prostředků, s vůní i bez, zde bohužel příliš nevyužito. Cítit je jen moč. Dlaždice v umývárce není plocha k umytí. Častější výměnu pleny nebo poklidit a otřít stolek by si klienti také zasloužili. Po několika návštěvách beze změny.
