Podle zákona č.61/1997 Sb. může osoba vypálit 30 litrů 100% alkoholu, který nesmí dále prodávat. 30 litrů 100% alkoholu představuje např. 60 litrů 50% alkoholu. Ceny platné od 1.7.2022, navýšení cen o 10 % kvůli růstu cen energií a inflaci.

Cena 1% alkoholu při výtěžnosti ≥ 9%

Cena za 1% vypáleného alkoholu při výtěžnosti kvasu 9% a více. Za půl litru 50% alkoholu zaplatíte 81,25 Kč.
