The exercise room is equipped for functional training. Correct technique is essential. We train in group classes according to the schedule. Try cross, cardio+core, strength or circuit classes.
Focuses on leisure sports activities in orienteering, cross-country skiing, mountain biking and also ultra trail. Membership base includes approximately 60 members ranging from students to youth to active veterans. Members of the club participate in a wide range of races in the Czech Republic and abroad.
