Nemovitost podhodnotil o 40%, absolutně nekomunikoval, navýmýšlel si nepravdivá rizika. Než tohoto odhadce raději jinou banku. Konkurenční odhad dopadl pouze o 10% ponížen a rizika nebyla. Takže pan odhadce je totálně mimo.

Jednání rychlé, ale nemovitost silně podhodnocená téměř o 20 %, pokud si nechcete zkomplikovat žádost o hypotéku radši se koukněte po jiném odhadci.
