Naprosto katastrofální přístup personálu k zákazníkovi. Vedoucí servisu (CAR CENTRUM UH - Zlín) po 5. reklamaci mého vozu (která trvala půl roku), kdy jsem požadoval vrácení peněz pronášel věty typu „Vy mě nebudete vydírat, to mám jako vytáhnou peníze z kasy? Takhle to nefunguje.“…
