Bohužel, nejsou ochotní, jde jim jen o zisk. Pečlivě si pročítejte i dodatky smlouvy, v detailu je zakopán pes.

Musim rict, ze jsme za roky nemeli jediny problem s Pražskou plynarenskou. Pomohli mi pri problematickem prechodu od jineho odberatele plynu. Vyuctovani vzdy srozumitelne. Spokojena jsem byla i s jejich zakaznickym portalem. Nyni, po prodeji nemovitosti, jsem mela informace i na zakaznicke…

Pražská plynárenská funguje do chvíle, než po nich něco chcete. Ochota pomoci a vyřešit požadavek je 0. Dovolat se někam hrůza. Technická podpora si požadavek přehazuje jako horký brambor, potom vám dají 2 různé výsledky, které si navzájem odporují. Vyhněte se jim obloukem.
