Neuvěřitelně arogantní ta majitelka Grosseová, tak sprostého člověka jsem ještě nezažila. Tak sprostý a arogantní přístup jsem ještě nezažila, tohle už nikdy více. Dávám také podnět ČOI ke kontrole.

Dobrý den paní "Pneumatiko 05". Považuji za velice důležité, abyste uvedla datum, kdy jste údajně náš autoservis navštívila. Ode dne, kdy pracuji v autoservisu jako přijímací technik jsem s žádnou "dámou" nejednala, vozy do opravy mi předávají pouze muži. Zřejmě jste se snížila k napsání…
