Moje zkušenost je opakovaně velice špatná. Balíky objednávám často a nejhorší zkušenosti mám s PPL. Volal mě kurýr v 8:42, načež jsem dal vědět své ženě, která je na mateřské a tudíž je doma, že za chvilku někdo přijede. V 8:46 mně přišel email, že nikdo nebyl doma a proto bude balík…

Prodával jsem hudební nástroj v ceně několika desítek tisíc Kč. Protože si pro něj zákazník nemohl přijet a chtěl jej poslat nějakou přepravní službou na dobírku, musel jsem jej poslat PPL, protože jiní přepravci tak velký balík nevzaly. Balík byl na druhý den od jeho odeslání v pořádku…

Ani jedna hvězda pokud by to šlo. Balík na adresu doručili do jiné vesnice do boxu. Operátor mi na lince řekl že tak rozhodl Odesílatel. Ten o ničem neví a nic takového nepozadoval! í. Takové dezinformace od ppl.
