KATASTROFA i když obchod vypadá na první pohled solidně a profesionálně, tak mi personál poradil špatně a zboží, které jsem zde koupila bylo více jak půl roku prošlé. Všimla jsem si toho bohužel až doma, když jsem se marně snažila prošlý gellak vytvrdit a nešlo to. Stejně tak prošlý…

Dobrý den, Paní Nováková, v objednávce nemáte gel lak, ale vrchní Top gel, který se vytvrzuje delší dobu jak gel laky. A ano, tvrdidlo opravdu "smrdí" a je potřeba při práci větrat. Doba spotřeby Top gelu i tvrdidla je 12M od otevření. Pošlete nám produkty k reklamaci a v případě uznání Vám samozřejmě vrátíme peníze. Červený
