Vysoké nároky na zaměstnance a řidiče. Špatné :Komunikaci atd i vstřícnosti a spolupráce. Dosti předražené věci s porovnáním konkurence.

To je naprostá pravda. Jsme velmi nároční na kvalitu našich zaměstnanců včetně řidičů a nemůžeme akceptovat, pokud nový řidič na trase s odhadem 2,5 hodiny stráví hodin 5. Nezavolá zákazníkovi, aby se omluvil za zpoždění, ani zpět do firmy, aby sjednal náhradní termín. Nepřijatelné…
