The Aktiv dance group has been operating in Frýdek-Místek since 2003. It focuses on disco-dance and disco-show style of dancing. Children from 4 years old to adults dance in TS Aktiv.

The DancePoint dance studio offers dance classes for children and teens, street dance, and dance lessons for adult women from the general public. We focus on the joy of movement, high-quality instruction, and a friendly atmosphere. We also organize suburban dance camps.
