We would like to introduce you the newly prepared projects of our company, namely a multifunctional house in Pitkovice and Viladům in U Břehu Street, in close proximity to Hostivařská Dam.
New low-energy district in Malešice. Within the first stage in close proximity to ul. Černokostelecká, 124 flats of layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and 6 commercial units will be built. Completion of the first stage is planned for March 2027. The project uses the latest technology. The residential building will be built in energy class A.
