Otřesné jednání ze strany vrchní a staniční sestry. Vyhazovy kvůli sympatiím a na základě pomluv. Na vedoucích pozicích jsou lidé, kteří tuto práci vůbec nezvládají a nemají manažerské předpoklady. To také vypovídá o nezdravé fluktuaci.
