Objednával jsem zde dárek pro syna s týdenním předstihem, tedy s dostatečným prostorem pro doručení pro naprostou většinu obchodů. Tento obchod jsem zvolil jako sázku na jistotu kvůli velmi pozitivním referencím. Dnes je to 9 dní od objednání a teprve mi přišlo oznámení o zpracování…

Dobrý den, děkujeme za recenzi, ale asi budeme muset zde vystavit celý harmonogram komunikace, jelikož informace Vám nedošla po 5 dnech, jak zde uvádíte, ale bylo to trochu dříve.. Vaše objednávka byla rovedena 14.1.2024 (neděle) v 18:43 hodin (automatické potvrzení o objednání)…
