Velmi dobré připojení, v posledních letech se kvalita a rychlost připojení výrazně zlepšila. Takže spokojenost. A oceňuji nonstop linku, volal jsem v sobotu kvůli platbě a s paní jsem vše vyřešil.

Časté problémy s rychlostí připojení, pokud jim vypadne internet v pátek, nikdo to přes víkend ani svátky neřeší, žádná kompenzace za nefunkční a neposkytované služby. Navíc když zaplatíte předem, tak si platbu buďto ponechají a chtějí ji znovu, nebo ji vrátí a pak ji chtějí znovu…
