NESPOLEHLIVOST, NESOLIDNOST FIRMY. Auto jsem rezervovala 2 měsíce předem. Měsíc předem jsem si telefonicky znovu ověřovala dostupnost pro daný termín. Rezervace mi byla znovu potvrzena. Den !!! před datem zapůjčení mi bylo sděleno , že auto zarezervované není, že o rezervaci nemají…
