Paní na pobočce nebyla vůbec ochotná, spíš arogantní, nechala mě stát u dveří a popisovat, kvůli čemu jsem přišla. Poté se mi vysmála, řekla mi co mám udělat, a že takhle je to všechno. Doma jsem zjistila, že to co potřebuji si musím zažádat na pobočce.
