VYHNĚTE SE VELKÝM OBLOUKEM!!! po reklamaci služeb (zničené oděvy) pan jednatel/majitel odmítl nahradit škodu, dokonce i vrátit oděvy... Absolutně neseriózní a hulvátské chování. Pana jednatele/majitele mohu označit za největšího hulváta, a zbabělce jakého jsem ve svém životě potkal…

Firmu využíváme na praní prádla pro náš penzion a všechno OK. Perou dobře, je to i s dopravou, takže s tím nemáme žádné starosti. Jednou nám tedy přivezli pár osušek s drobnými fleky, ale v rámci reklamace nám to zadarmo znovu přeprali, takže spokojenost. Oproti předchozí prádelně velký rozdíl.
