Týden před koncem platnosti jsem chtěl využít dárkový poukaz. Snažil jsem se telefonicky objednat. Paní na telefonu mi řekla, že mají termíny plné a že poukaz propadne. Snažil jsem se navrhnout jiná řešení, např. využít jinou proceduru nebo platnost poukazu prodloužit. Vše bylo odmítnuto…
