Paní na telefonu,u které jsem objednávala servis kotle,byla velice milá. Po přečtení některých recenzí jsem se obávala, jak bude servis probíhat. Po příjezdu pana Zábského byly obavy fuč. Velice ochotný, milý a zkušený pán. Cena za servis a revizi mi přijde minimálně adekvátní. Služby…

Komunikace s paní, která přijímá zakázky byla strohá a špatná. Na můj dotaz, zda opravují plyn.karmy a jedná se asi o výměnu vodní armatury nic neříkala a dala termín návštěvy. Přijel opravář, stoupl si ke karmě. Řekl, že na tyto karmy nemají náhradní díly. Řekl jen, že vidí u plyn…
