Je mi líto, že nemohu hodnotit jinak, ale tato firma absolutně nekomunikuje ani potencionálnímu zákazníkovi na seriózní dotaz. Jak by asi komunikovali, pokud bychom si od nich kotel koupili a byl by nějaký problém. První e-maily jim byl zaslány v roce 2021, a to celkem 3x. Vždy se…

Málokdy dám někomu nějakou recenzi, ale tady si nemohu pomoci a musím udělit pochvalu a to OBROVSKOU!! Od Kadrie jsme teď brali kotel na peletky a pokud kotel je tak dobrý jako firma sama, tak bude luxusní. Uvidíme v zimě, ale z doslechu a jednoho již spokojeného uživatele prý jde…
