U firmy Humanic v City parku v Jihlavě už nebudu nakupovat. Ke konci záruční lhůty se u mokasín propadla mřížka na patě a tím se staly boty nenositelné. Reklamační oddělení reklamaci zamítlo s tím, že jsem vadu nahlásila prý pozdě - 3 dny po zjištění vady je pro ně pozdě (bydlím 60…
