V pondeli 26.8 jsme meli odlitat, furt nam nic neprislo, tak jsme zavolali do kancelare. Zjistili jsme, ze termin je od 24.9, poplatek za storno 4300 a jeste nam rekli, ze jsme to meli mit s vlastni dopravou, moc dobre si pamatuju, ze jsme meli letet z prahy a z letiste na hotel jsme…

Neuvěřitelné. Objednal jsem si zájezd, který jsem zaplatil (dle webu byly volný místa), druhý den mi volala paní že zájezd je obsazený. Nabídka mi alternativy (sice více dní, ale OK). Akceptoval jsem změnu a zase ta písnička že to musí ověřit. Po týdnu informace, že ani nabídnutá alternativa…
