Naprostá spokojenost. Dorazili v avizovaný den. Zavolali půl hodinu předem, že přijedou, pak ještě jednou, aby se zeptali, kde přesně mě najdou. Balík dorazil v pořádku.

Nespokojenost, když se po několka telefonátech spojíte s nějakou slečnou a chcete vědět kde se vaše zásilka nachází, tak vám řekne že neví. Nemá spojení s řidičem, zrovna neví kde zásilka prostě je. Sjednaný termín doručení...na to nespoléhejte.
