Naprosto neschopný, nevstřícný arogantní jedinec. Pokud mu zákazník zavolá a je hrubě až hulvátsky odmítnout, že dotyčný nemá čas se obeznámit s jeho problémem na anténě, kterou zpracovával, je to skandální. Už tři dny nejde na STA drtivá většina programů. Divím se, že s takovým přístupem…
