Take jsme meli problem se strechou na skleniku, asi 4 roky po koupi, firma nam dodala strechu novou, a za velmi slusnych podminek. Narezali vsechno na miru, nemusel jsme nic merit. A solarni zavlazovani funguje pres ctyri roky a porad v pohode. Opravdu si nemam potrebu stezovat.

Kupovali jsme skleník DUO 10 - Excelent za cca 22 000 kč. Po dvou letech užívání jsme desky na skleníku byly nuceni reklamovat, neboť se rozpadly. Firmou BTGreen nám bylo doporučeno desky nereklamovat, ale vyměnit za desky vyšší kvality (lexan) s příplatkem. Výměnu desek jsme provedli…

Nespokojenost. Skleník jsem si zakoupila před třemi lety. Dva roky v pohodě, třetím rokem sluníčko vypálil lexan na střeše. Nyní je vrchní vrstva lexanu tenoučká jako papír a déšť a mráz v zimě střechu zničí úplně. Záruka na skleník je dva roky a životnost tři?? Firma odmítá se mnou…
