Velmi nekorektní eshop. Telefon nefunguje, na mail velmi opožděné reakce. Objednala jsem a zaplatila zboží, až po mém avízu po cca 10 dnech od objednávky, reagoval eshop s informací, že objednané zboží nemají. Po domluvě vystavil dobropis s dlouhou splatností. Po uplynutí splatnosti…

Zboží nebylo skladem, avizovaná doba dodání několikanásobně překročena. Bohužel jsem zaplatil předem a pak mi několik měsíců trvalo než mi byly vráceny peníze. Pan Plátek mi přestal zvedat telefony, pokud jsem ho obelstil a dovolal se mu, tak se dušoval, že to pošle obratem a pak zase…

Dobrý den Tome, Vaše reakce mne velice mrzí. Nicméně v historii objednávek podle jména Tom Riddle nemohu nic najít. "Tom Riddle" zřejmě jako nickname (inspirace Voldemort a Tom Raddle?), tak jak mohu prověřit, dohledat, napravit? Vy píšte negativní recenzi skrytý za "nickem"? A omlouvám…
