Po objednání zboží, kde byla sleva 70% a bylo skladem mi zboží nedodali. Přitom je pořád skladem ale za jinou cenu !!! Hodně neseriózní přístup. Kdyby se přiznali, že se například spletli v ceně, beru to. Zavolali ale, že objednané zboží nemají. Přitom skladem je. Dávám podnět na ČOI.

Vážený pane Šimůnku, děkujeme za zpětnou vazbu. Jak víte, objednal jste si produkt, u kterého jsme měli uvedeno, že se jedná o použitý kus. Proto sleva 70%. Vy jste udělal objednávku v osm hodin večer (pracovní dobu máme do 17 hodin). Bohužel před Vámi udělal objednávku jiný zákazník…
