In these troubled times, we look for inspiration in a time we may idealise, but it is undoubtedly an era when our city was truly alive with football. The deeds of the football pioneers of that era inspire great respect in us, and we would like to come close to them in our enthusiasm for the common cause in the backdrop of today's reality.
