We offer aerial acrobatics on the pole, hoop, and silks, as well as classes focused on strengthening and stretching, and dance classes for both adults and children.
We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We run a badminton, volleyball and an all-rounders section focusing on exercise for women, children and young people. We rent a gym, table tennis table and clay courts for volleyball, netball and badminton.
