A small-scale distillery. We distill fruit mash using a wood-fired, two-pot copper still—producing slivovitz, pear brandy, apple brandy, and others. We evaluate the mash before distillation, offer advice on preparation if needed, and dilute the spirit to the agreed-upon strength or to taste. Appointments are made by phone.
