Formální a neprofesionální přístup k prevenci kotlů

Pan zvedne ochotně telefon, domluvíte se že mu během 5minut dáte vědět na kolikatou hodinu by se to hodilo, jenže když mu zavoláte zpátky, již Vám telefon nezvedá. Volám již týden a pan nezvedá. Pak všichni brečte že nemáte práci a musíte si půjčovat peníze na dovolenou !! Ostuda.
