Koupila jsem plachtu na bazén, která se po necelých 3 měsících začala rozpadat a malé plastové kousky byly všude. Plachtu chtěl obchod zaslat zpět, reklamace neuznána, ačkoliv plachta byla nekvalitní, silná skoro jako papír. DOSLOVA VÝSMĚCH BYL, KDYŽ MI POSLALI 2x STEJNÝ ZKOPÍROVANÝ…

Zboží dobre i dodání,ale problém s fakturou ,byl mi dodán dodací list a doteď nemám fakturu,už čekám 3 dny a operatorka tvrdí,že mi ji pošlou v průběhu příštího týdne,že čekají na potvrzení platby,kterou jsem již před 3 dny zaplatila,pořád volám a vyprosuji si fakturu,ale pořád jen čekám a odpověď zní pořád stejně.
