Prostě katastrofa, fakt, sestra absolutně nereaguje celý den na telefon, když chcete něco změnit, nemáte jak. Totální ignorace sestry. Přišla jsem tam zeptala se proč nezvedá telefon, bylo mi řečeno že není operátor.
