The society was founded in 1990 and has staged over 120 premieres. Kašpar now has three home theatres: the Theatre in Celetná - Klubovna - the Theatre in Kochánky. Kašpar produces classics and contemporary authors, as well as its own dramatizations and texts. The repertoire includes May, summer and Christmas specials and musical evenings.

The varied repertoire emphasizes lightness, playfulness and humour. In addition to our own productions, we regularly offer productions by well-known guests from the Czech Republic and abroad.
