Jako majitel nemovitosti z 1. etapy "U Svinařského zámku" doporučuji budoucím majitelům obezřetnost při jednání s firmou Neocortex s.r.o. Reklamace obvykle trvají déle než 30 dní. "Developer" po roce a půl stále neposkytl stavební deníky a dokumentaci skutečného provedení stavby.…

Bohužel velké zklamání z jednání této společnosti. Nejprve hromada slibů... Nakonec samá výmluva... a skoro za všechny reklamované problémy, si může sám zákazník, který při další investigaci přes úřady a prostudování stavebních dokumentů zjišťuje, že nemovitost je v rozporu s projektovou…

Jedná se o nepodložené a nepravdivé tvrzení. Reklamace byla standardně a řádně vyřízená a shledána jako neoprávněná. Důvodem nižší teploty interiéru klientky není vada díla, nýbrž nesprávná manipulace s topným zařízením a nevhodné úpravy bytu. Zveřejnění jeho postu je vedeno snahou…
