Absolutně tristní řešení reklamace, hodinky dvakrát v záručním servisu, poprvé byla dokonce překročena zákonná lhůta 30 dnů. Na infolince paní ví jen, že jsou hodinky v servisu, promiňte ale to vím také, ale už vůbec netuší po třech týdnech po reklamaci kdy bude reklamace uzavřena…
