Neochotný. Na můj požadavek statického posouzení nemovitosti odpověděl, že by to bylo moc práce. Patrně je ochotný pouze rozdávat razítka a podpisy aniž by opustil kancelář.

Zákazník by měl mít od své nemovitosti projektovou dokumentaci (stejně jako je technický průkaz od auta) a jelikož ji nemá, tak její vyhotovení je opravdu hodně práce (přičemž to není práce statika) a nikdo to taky nebude dělat zadarmo. S kritikou tedy začněte nejprve u sebe.
