Jsem úplně nadšená, pan Kratochvíl je velmi ochotný a příjemný, je vidět, že své práci rozumí a především jej baví. Rychlost s jakou mi dal do pořádku stroj mne opravdu překvapila. Nezapoměl přidat i cenné rady, což se dnes moc nenosí. Moc si jeho práce vážím a přeji jemu i nám, aby ji ještě dlouho v plném zdraví mohl vykonávat.
