Při návštěvě servisu mě natolik zaskočilo jednání přijímacího technika, že jsem raději hned odešel. Technik nepříjemný a velice arogantní. Jezdím pravidelně do autorizovaného servisu FORD, ale tento servis dělá tomuto jménu dle mé zkušenosti pouze ostudu. Je možné, že šlo pouze o…

Po více jak 5 letech mohu zhodnotit kvalitu opravy - nechával jsem opravit vstřikování vozu Ford Mondeo mk3 r.v. 2006 (kupováno jako 5 let staré). Cena byla 24000,- Kč. Potvrdili mi, že čerpadlo je v pořádku. Nyní asi po 80 tis km je nutné udělat celkovou opravu všeho - tzn. znovu…

Odfláklá práce, reklamace neřeší, komunikace neřeší - asi nejhorší ford servis kde jsem byl.
