Kdyby to šlo, nedala bych ani jednu hvězdičku. Na vyzvednutí balíčku jsem měla méně než 24 hodin – jeden den byl uložen v parcelshopu a hned druhý den už ho odvezli zpět. Jejich AI chat je naprosto nevyhovující, nedokáže pochopit ani základní dotazy. Najít telefonní kontakt byl navíc…

včera doručeny balíky, řidič mne vubec nekontaktoval, chybí mi zboží za 30tisíc korun .
