Zklamání při jednání s pracovníkem zákupské pobočky. Zboží objednané pouze podle katalogu a doporučení pracovníků nebylo možné vyměnit za jiné i když neodpovídalo popisu ani představě. Získávat si zákazníky slovy "Zavolejte si ČOIku už tu stejně byla" je dost nešťastné. Někdy se nevyplatí…
