Pan majitel přijel, zjistil závadu, řekl, že musí objednat díl, což potrvá týden, ale řekl, že samozřejmě přijede co nejdříve. Po několika telefonátech mi to jednou zvedl, nahlásil kdy přijede, ale nepřijel. Přestal zvedat telefony. Už je to 5 týdnů.

Dobrý den. Pana Hanzla jsem oslovil asi před 20 lety, a od té doby máme velmi dobré pracovní vztahy. Odborník, který tomu rozumí, a vždy poradí. V dnešní době vůbec zázrak, že je někdo tak dlouho na trhu. Určitě se na něj v budoucnu opět obrátím. Jiří Káňa, Praha 5
